Basics of emotional intelligence are the starting point of this course as they need to be recognized by every participant. Learning to spot and understand one’s own emotions can be challenging yet rewarding. In the group environment, Learners will be able to document, track and observe their emotional state as well as share and reflect upon each other’s experiences.
Learners will use a journal as a primary tool for keeping a record of their emotions to better their self-awareness, create a physical reflection of their emotional profile understand their needs, and spot areas of desired growth. By the end of this course, Learners will be able to continue the practices studied during the course and carry healthy emotional habits onwards.
