In this course, Learners will deep dive into the idea of dialogues as tools of effective communication. They will assess many factors that affect communication and how people communicate. Learners will practice both in pairs and a team as well as cultivate skills such as empathy, active listening, and deeper understanding. 

The Effective dialogue course enables Learners to become aware of their current skills while providing the opportunity to take those skills to another level. As it is a course about communication and dialogue “takes two”, they will need to not only rely on the theory but practice its execution with each other to be ready to apply the techniques both in and outside the virtual classroom.
